This stand has been created to fit the original Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser. It is different from our stand for the newer Hot & Cold Velvetiser, so please check which machine you own before ordering.

The precisely cut machine pocket helps keep your Velvetiser securely positioned, while the different layout choices allow you to select the storage that best suits the way you enjoy your drinks.

Choose Your Perfect Layout

Our Original Velvetiser stand is available in five practical designs:

• Machine Only Pocket – approximately 20cm × 20cm: Designed to hold the original Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser machine only. Ideal if you prefer a simple, minimalist setup or already keep your mugs and hot chocolate sachets elsewhere.
• No Cup Holders – approximately 28cm × 18cm: Includes space for the original Velvetiser and a hot chocolate sachet section.
• No Sachet Holder – approximately 22cm × 20cm: Includes space for the original Velvetiser and two mugs.
• Two Mug & Sachet Holder – approximately 34cm × 20cm: Includes space for the original Velvetiser, two mugs and a sachet section.
• Four Mug & Sachet Holder – approximately 45cm × 20cm: Includes space for the original Velvetiser, four mugs and a sachet section.

Every layout is designed to keep your favourite hot chocolate essentials together, helping to reduce worktop clutter and create a warm, inviting drinks station.

Made from Solid European Oak

We make every Velvetiser stand from sustainably sourced, FSC-certified European oak. We choose solid oak for its strength, natural warmth and beautiful grain, creating a piece that is made to be enjoyed for many years.

As oak is a natural material, every stand will have its own individual grain pattern, colouring and character. Small variations are part of the beauty of real wood and mean that no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Your stand is carefully sanded until smooth and finished with a food-safe oil. The oil helps protect the wood while enhancing its natural colour and bringing the oak grain to life.

Make It Personal

Add your chosen wording to make your hot chocolate station completely your own. Depending on the option selected, your wording can be engraved on one or two sides of the stand.

Every Original Velvetiser Stand is individually made in our workshop rather than taken from a warehouse shelf. From preparing the oak and cutting each pocket to sanding, oiling and engraving your chosen wording, your order receives careful attention throughout the entire making process.

Care Instructions

To keep your solid oak Velvetiser stand looking its best:

• Wipe clean using a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Dry the wood promptly after cleaning.
• Do not soak or submerge it in water.
• Do not place it in a dishwasher.
• Avoid harsh cleaning sprays and abrasive products.
• Reapply a suitable food-safe wood oil when the oak begins to look dry.

As with all natural wood, prolonged contact with water or excessive heat should be avoided.

Does this fit the newer Hot & Cold Velvetiser?

No. This particular stand is designed for the original Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser. The newer Hot & Cold machine has different measurements and requires its own stand.

Is the Velvetiser included?

No. This listing is for the handmade solid oak stand only. The machine, mugs, hot chocolate sachets and other accessories shown in the photographs are not included.

Is the stand made from real oak?

Yes. Every stand is handmade from solid FSC-certified European oak. It is not oak veneer or printed wood effect.

Will my stand look exactly like the photographs?

Your stand will follow the same design, but the grain and colouring will naturally vary. These differences are a normal and beautiful feature of solid oak, making every finished piece unique.

Can I choose my own wording?

Yes. You can enter your chosen wording in the personalisation box when ordering. Please check it carefully, as personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.

Can the stand be personalised on two sides?

Yes. Please select either the one-side or two-side wording option before adding the product to your basket.

How do I know which size to choose?

Choose according to whether you would like storage for the machine only, the machine and sachets, the machine and mugs, or a combination of all three. The approximate measurements for every layout are listed above, so we recommend checking the available space on your kitchen worktop before ordering.
