Handcrafted from Solid European Oak

Our bespoke pieces are made using beautiful solid European oak, chosen for its natural character, strength and timeless appearance.

Every piece of oak has its own grain, markings and colour variations, meaning your finished commission will be naturally unique. Where appropriate, items are finished with food-safe Osmo TopOil to protect and enhance the wood.

To help us understand your idea and provide an accurate quotation, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• What you would like us to create
• Your preferred approximate dimensions
• The wording, name or logo you would like engraved
• How and where the piece will be used
• Any photographs, sketches or inspiration images
• The date you require it by, where applicable

Bespoke Order FAQs

Can you make an existing product in a different size?

Often, yes. Please send us the dimensions you require and we will let you know whether the design can be adapted.

Can you engrave a business logo?

We can consider logo engraving for business and corporate commissions. A clear, high-quality version of the logo will be required before we can confirm suitability.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We welcome both individual commissions and larger orders. Discounts may be available for suitable quantities of the same design.

How long does a bespoke order take?

Making times depend on the size, complexity and quantity required. We will provide an estimated timeframe with your quotation.

Can you copy another maker’s design?

We cannot directly copy another maker’s work. However, you are welcome to share inspiration images so we can understand the style or features you like and discuss an original Fox & Fern design.

Are bespoke orders refundable?

Bespoke and personalised items are made especially for you and normally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
