Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for none personalised items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on personalised items as these are made to order

We only ship to main land UK at the moment, please contact us to discuss shipping further to you.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
As orders are handmade to order we typically processed and shipped within 2 weeks of checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at foxandfern80@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select the gift wrapping option during the checkout process.
