Handcrafted from solid European oak, the bread bin is constructed using generous 2cm thick oak, giving it the weight, quality and presence you'd expect from a piece designed to be enjoyed for years.

And underneath is something rather special.

The substantial solid oak base lifts away and doubles as a chopping and serving board, giving you a beautiful surface for slicing fresh bread, serving pastries or preparing breakfast.

Simply lift the bread bin away using the recessed handles and the solid oak base underneath is ready to use as a chopping or serving board.

At an impressive 3.5cm thick, the removable base is a substantial solid oak chopping board in its own right – perfect for slicing a fresh loaf, preparing breakfast or serving bread and pastries at the table.

When you've finished, simply place the bread bin back on top.
